Adjustments are available for service errors only — not for changes of mind or color preference.
All services are non-refundable and corrective fixes are valid within 10 days of the original service.
Right to Refuse Service
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to:
- Anyone displaying inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients
- Individuals with contagious conditions or open wounds
- Clients with health concerns that make certain services unsafe
- Anyone unable to safely access service areas
Appointments
Your time is important to us. Please arrive promptly and give advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed or late appointments may affect service timing and limit availability for other guests.
Gel Polish & Dip Nails
Gel and dipping systems are durable but not chip-proof. We will happily fix any chipping within 10 days (excluding nail breakage).
Children
To maintain a relaxing and safe atmosphere, children under 12 are welcome only when receiving a service.
Our salon is not child proof. Sharp implements and chemicals make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. — thank you for your understanding and care.
Pets
In accordance with health regulations, only official service animals are permitted in the salon.
Pets, therapy dogs, and emotional support animals are not permitted.
Cell Phones
Please keep phone use to a minimum during your service. If you must take a call, kindly step outside to help maintain a calm and pleasant environment.
Personal Items
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.
